Tom acts as lead surveyor on all complex and high-value projects, and is directly contactable by every client throughout their matter.
Sarah joined Express Party Wall after six years in residential building surveying and brings a particular depth of experience with South and South East London properties. She handles the majority of our loft conversion and rear extension matters across Lewisham, Southwark, Greenwich, and Bromley, and is known for her clear communication with adjoining owners — which keeps disputes from escalating and projects on track.
Sarah also leads our schedule of condition surveys and has developed our standard inspection methodology, which is thorough enough to stand up in any County Court dispute.
James covers North and East London for Express Party Wall, handling the high volume of party wall matters arising from the Victorian and Edwardian terraces in Hackney, Islington, Haringey, Waltham Forest, and Tower Hamlets. Before moving into party wall surveying full time, he spent four years working alongside structural engineers on residential schemes, giving him a practical understanding of how building works affect neighbouring structures.
